Trans*, Fat, and Binding

My goal is to lose weight.  Binding will be more effective and easier when I lose weight.  Weight loss is difficult, but I'm working on it.  I hope that some of what I write today can help other Big Bois in their work toward bettering themselves.

1.  I am exercising.  The pool is my best friend.  Walking is my second best friend.  I can't do much more than that yet at 5'4" and 270lbs, but I'm doing it.

2.  What I eat and how much I eat matters.  If I want the female-bodied bags of flesh to diminish on my chest, I have to eat less and healthier.  So I'm going with lean whites - fish, chicken - and dark, green leafies - spinach, kale, brussels sprouts, asparagus.  I occasionally have cinnamon in my food to boost my glucose busters in my body, and I take prescription grade Omegas from my doctor.  I have been as small as a C before, but I'm a DD right now, so I'm really working to get that female-bodiedness reduced.

3.  Underworks doesn't cover the bulk of my size in the chest area.  When I want to look and feel my best I go with the binders from TransBoigear.com - they seem to be much more effective for larger Bois.  I still sometimes have to wear a sport bra or tank under the binder, but I look and feel better.

4.  I buy my clothing at Casual Male XL and Destination XL because it looks and feels good and helps disguise the female-bodiedness I'm dealing with as a Boi.  I only need their smallest size, but I can really do well shopping there.  And the staff is always helpful and friendly.
